I created this because I’ve been where you are.
In 2007, my life as I knew it ended when my husband of 20 years left.
I was suddenly in survival mode, holding my kids together while falling apart inside.
My dreams felt over. I stopped trusting myself.

Don’t worry — all sessions are recorded and you’ll have lifetime access.
2. I’m not “creative.” Will this still work for me?
Absolutely. This isn’t about being an artist — it’s about using creativity as a tool to open your heart and mind.
3. Do I have to share personal stuff in the group?
Only what you feel comfortable sharing. You can participate at your own pace and comfort level.
4. What if I fall behind?
This isn’t a race — it’s a reset. The practices are gentle and easy to fit into your week.
5. How big is the group?
No more than 6 women, so you get personal attention and a true sense of community.
6. Will you offer this live again?

8. How long are the sessions?
90 minutes each — time for connection, reflection, and creativity.
9. Do I need special materials?
There is a recommended supplies list, but basically any art supplies you have on hand will work. To participate in the painting portion, you will need a canvas of any size or an art journal, some acrylic paints, and some brushes.
